Below you can find a list of frequently asked questions. Further information will be uploaded and available closer to the event day.

GETTING STARTED

WHICH TIME ZONE IS THE CONFERENCE IN?
The conference platform will display in your local timezone. The agenda items, conference countdown and all other elements will be converted according to where you are.


HOW DO I REGISTER?
To register, click the 'register now' button in the top menu bar or from the 'register now' button. Then click 'Create your account' and fill in your details. Click through to set up your profile and then pay for your registration.
 
 
HOW DO I COMPLETE MY DELEGATE PROFILE?
To complete your delegate profile, you will need to click on 'My Account' in the top left hand of the platform. From here you can select 'Edit Profile'. This will take you to a webpage where you can update your delegate profile. You can add as much or as little information as you like, and you can set you profile to Private or Public. Once your profile has been set up, you can change the details at any time by logging into the event platform in the top right-hand corner, before clicking on Account > Edit Profile.

For those with profiles set to Private, please be aware that should you participate in the Chat or the Questions functions in the Sessions, your full name will be linked to your comments and questions. Should you wish to interact with Exhibitors we recommend setting your profile to Public.


WHO DO I CONTACT IF I AM INTERESTED SPONSORING THE EVENT?
If your organisation is interested in becoming a sponsor of the event, please head to the 'Industry Partners' page to view the sponsorship prospectus and get in contact with our sponsorship team.


ITEMS TO NOTE

  • When clicking through the portal, please note that the menu bars with sub menus will not automatically drop away. Please click elsewhere on the page to close the menu and continue navigating the site. 

  • Upon registration - attendees must create a new account and then select your registration for payment. Please read carefully through all of the information on the 'Registration & Information Page' prior to purchasing a ticket.
